"Receptionist was the nicest person i think I've ever spoken to ever! Minor issue with a neighbours motion light being on all night the first night (no one was staying there, it was just glitching). We asked about it and they fixed it immediately with so much kindness (I felt bad asking and they were so easy about it). "We were surprised to see guests with dogs! We didn't realise there were such hotels available for pet owners! We guess, hopefully, there are special rooms set aside for these guests!!
