This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

the property is good and spacious and located very close to the town. convenient to everything in Wānaka. there are only 2 things drop my satisfaction. first, the bed size seems not a king but a queen. some of the applicants are not clean, hair dryer, towel, cookers etc. but overall is good. I will rate 8 out of 10 and if those could be improved, surely will come back again

Stunning House with Views to match!
Well what can we say.... We loved our stay here. We are a family group of 4 adults and 2 teens. The house is beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean and modern. We ate in one night and found everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen. The views from the veranda were stunning at any time of day but esp at sunset with pink skies over the water. Shower water pressure was a little low. Parking is road side, but we didn't have an issue at all during our stay to get one. The location of the house is very close to the town center and the waterfront, 5 to 10 mins walk down hill (the road to get onto the road where the house is VERY steep). We recommend Bombay Palace for an Indian, ate outside with views over the lake, very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Wanaka.

Perfect place for a wanaka holiday
Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family of 6 adults. Super clean and all the amenities you’d want and need. Location is perfect with a lovely lake view from the huge deck and so close to town that we could easily walk down the stairs into town for coffee or a meal. Can’t think of anything more we could need or want in holiday accommodation- maybe a pack of cards or some board games if we wanted a break from devices or tv - but we’re really scraping to find something lol. Would def stay here again.

Great house in great location
We were so surprised on arrival - the pictures do not do this house justice. Home was very clean and great layout for 3 couples. Generous size in all rooms and kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely book again. Our only criticism (small) is that more mirrors were required, especially when it is for couples or families with older children, as there were only two mirrors in both bathrooms and when you are getting ready in the mornings they take too much time because there is only the one mirror. There is plenty of room in each bedroom, toilet or hallway for mirrors.
