Situated in a rural garden setting with mountain views, our modern 3 bedroom apartment is private, quiet and secure. It has an upstairs lounge and kitchen plus large sunny deck with outdoor dining, seating and BBQ. Downstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom with twin hand basins, a shower and a laundry. A spa pool is adjacent to the master king bedroom. The two other bedrooms have queen and twin beds.
The apartment is light with plenty of ventilation in the summer, and well heated in winter with a heat pump, wall heater upstairs and portable heaters if required. The king, queen and one single bed have electric blankets in winter.
The property entrance leads you to your own sensor-lit carpark at your front door. There is a shelter by the front door suitable for bike, ski or golf club storage during your stay.

Immediately next door are the Maude Wine Tasting Rooms and Bistro Gentil Restaurant.

You will be welcomed with a free starter pack for your hot drinks, and toast and condiments for the morning. Linen including dressing gowns is included in your fee. The apartment has free wifi and you can tune into your Netflix on the smart TV if you want.
Best suited to one or two couples, or family with one or two adult children.

Excellent!
Pamela is wonderful, she greeted us with a smile. The property is set back from the road and so quiet, yet still close to town. The space was very clean and comfortable, we loved the hot tub. After staying in a string of hotels, it felt nice to come “home”. It’s definitely been our favorite stop on the trip, and Wanaka is so beautiful! Visit the winery next door too!

Perfect little stay
We had a wonderful stay here. The host, Pamela, was incredibly kind and welcoming with excellent communication - even let us come a bit early! The property was impeccably clean, well equiped and had all the necessities (plus more!) The spa was an absolute joy to come back to each day after skiing It was also very central in Wanaka, super close to the supermarket and some lovely restaurants, plus the beautiful lake. Perfect “home away from home” in Wanaka
Our stay at this apartment for our elopement week was memorable thanks to Pamela and her beautiful home. Having travelled to over a dozen counties, usually staying in rental properties, this experience was by far our favourite. This is not only because of the beautiful indoor and outdoor space, but also the care and attention to detail that that Pamela provided throughout our stay. As we searched for the ideal place to stay in Wanaka for multiple nights during our elopement week, this apartment was a true gem that ticked so many boxes! In addition to tons of space for organizing and preparing for our big day (plenty of natural light for hair, makeup, and photos), the well-tended gardens were a perfect backdrop for our “first look”. The apartment was clean and modern, and has the bonus of both a balcony and hot tub for when you want to relax outside. Pamela was very thoughtful and generous, and was always very quick to answer our questions and to help us with anything that we needed during our stay. We felt very comfortable and at home from the moment we first arrived. It was a pleasure to stay here during our time in Wanaka, and we can only hope that we will be back again. Thanks again, Pamela!

Just Perfect!
River View property is just Perfect. Very clean and well presented. It has everything you should need for your well deserved break. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend this beautiful property. Pamela the host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Spa was a welcome bonus after a long day of walking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave.

the accommodation was spotless, BBQ upstairs perfect for cooking, Spa downstairs lovely and warm. Next door to Maude winery, and short walk to 2 different craft breweries, Pamela & Jeff great hosts, live on site, and also welcomed us into their house for my Birthday drinks thanks guys :) BUT Elly the border collie was fantastic, anyone that stays must throw her a stick :)

Gorgeous Wanaka apartment
We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was spotless. The gardens around the apartment were beautiful too. Our kind hosts gave us chocolate & wine on arrival and gave us some fresh plums from their fruit trees. I would highly recommend staying and we would love to come back when returning to Wanaka.

This apartment was beautifully presented, immaculately clean, with the most beautiful scenery from the deck/lounge area. The best part of our day was relaxing in the evening looking at our view of the mountains and the beautiful garden. The hosts were just lovely and and made sure we had everything we needed, including a lovely welcoming gift on arrival. The attention to detail in the apartment was wonderful and the apartment was modern with a well equipped kitchen and pantry basics.The roses from the garden in the bedroom and bathroom was a lovely touch. It was so quiet and peaceful-which for us was perfect. The hosts provided additional information prior to arrival on things to do in Wanaka, including walks and a list of restaurants/cafes in town and kept in touch prior to our arrival. We did a number of long walks and the spa was amazing at the end of the day to ease our tired bodies! It was so lovely to relax and enjoy a glass of wine with our hosts on our last evening. We highly recommend this apartment and are so looking forward to coming back and staying again. Thank you for being such a wonderful host. It made our stay in Wanaka extra special.

A great stay in Wanaka
The apartment was fantastic, with great views to the mountains. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Having a fitted rather than portable hob would be the only slight improvement we would suggest. Pamela and Jeff were excellent hosts and gave us advice on places to visit throughout the week. The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood, but you can walk into the bustling centre of Wanaka in 10 mins or so. One of the highlights of our 7 week stay in New Zealand.

This great apartment easily accommodated our family. Great layout suited us perfectly. Live like Royalty
My family had a lovely stay in this beautiful house for 3 nights. Pamela and Jeff spoilt us by meeting us on arrival for a walk through of the property and its many features. They even left us a bottle of wine and block of chocolate. The two-store property felt brand new - absolutely spotless with extremely comfortable beds and lounges. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful big backyard (wait until you see the beautiful gardens) with views across to the snow-capped mountains. Their pet Border Collie was lots of fun for our kid to play with each day as well. The fancy hot tub was nice to come home to after a day at the snow. You have a wine bar next door and you are about a 3 min drive to the centre of town. We could not fault our stay at this wonderful house. Thanks Pamela and Jeff!
