"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"The location of the property was perfect to visit other areas of the Cotswolds. The property was quiet and had everything you needed to make it feel like home. The beds were so comfortable and have never slept so well. It was peaceful and relaxing and was lovely to hear the church bells even through the night. The location was ideal to explore and walk around the village and countryside. Would stay here again and highly recommend."

"We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. We intend to return."

"The place was located in a beautiful quiet country area. The welcome and accommodation was beautiful. Tre did advise that the fridge freezer was a little noisy and suggested it be turned off at night which we did however the water recycling system was a little noisy too but other than that, an excellent stay. "We were a group of 7 staying (4 adults, 3 children) for 3 nights. The cottage had everything we could need. There are 2 bedrooms perfectly set up for kids with the other 2 for adults. The bathrooms were decent and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more, although some cupboard space to store our food would have been nice.The outdoor dining space was very peaceful and pretty although a little overlooked.
