• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 17 March, EUR 1.50 per person, per night for adults; EUR 1.20 per night for guests aged 4-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 4 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 18 March - 31 October, EUR 3.80 per person, per night for adults; EUR 2.60 per night for guests aged 4-17 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 4 years of age.

• Self-parking fee: EUR 12 per night
• Nearby parking fee: EUR 8 per day (1640 ft away)
• Pet fee: EUR 12 per pet, per night

• Early check-in fee: EUR 20 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 20 for check-in between 7:00 PM and midnight
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on unit size
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per day
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 30.0 per day
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 1.8 per cent
