"I love staying at the Water Walk Boise, when I travel down to Boise area. The only downside this last trip was the coffee machine in my room looked like it had been dropped. Water ran all out of the machine and on the floor, creating a huge mess. When I notified the front desk, the guy that morning said he would take care of it before he left. When I returned later that evening it was not changed. I ended up waiting a good 20 minutes, because that phone at the front desk where it said if there is no one at the desk to call 0. I did that but no answer for the entire time. When she arrived she said she was doing 'maintenance' which I thought was funny since I was asking for new coffee maker and she told me maintenances didn't work on the weekend. The gal finally said she would bring one up, but in doing that told me I needed to bring the old one down which I felt was a little odd?? It won't change my staying there but just not the normal treatment I'm used to staying there. "
