Le Cinq Was A Nice Hotel. Had A Few Issues Though. The Food At The Restaurant Was Not Good,Ordered Some Salmon To Only Find Out It Was Raw Salmon. Tried to send it back and they wouldn’t refund it. Manager told me to “know what I’m ordering before I order it”. Others where checked up on and food was served to them before us and we was there first. I believe it was cause we were Americans. 2nd the room was nice I paid for a Valentine’s Day decoration for the room in my opinion it was nice but not worth the price they asked for to do it it was kinda half way done. The TV had the wrong name on it it was a different couple that kinda killed the mood. The bathroom shower drains really slow if you take long showers it will spill out to the middle of the floor. Overall the Le Cinq was just okay. They need to tidy up on a few things to be considered 4-5 star hotel

Excellent property but communication with staff at reception was a bit mixed. We had a few issues with our room around the air conditioning which they struggled to sort. Surprising for a 5 star hotel

"This is the second time we have stayed here and can highly recommend it. The hotel itself is lovely and clean with a buzzy hotel bar which is lovely in the summer. The hotel is also very dog friendly and is perfectly located just around the corner from restaurants and shops."
