"T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again! "

"Very well appointed, nice to have the in-house bar with comfy lounges etc. It would have been nice to have free parking as the Hotel is (conveniently) close to city and dining precinct and parking is a bit of a nightmare there. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again."

"Rydges is great accommodation, walking distance to most things & and in house dining if you want. A particular bonus is that is right on the harbor, so you see a lot of boats (large & small) going right past your window! Gym arrangements were awesome. Car parking was an unexpected additional cost and inconvenience."
