"We absolutely enjoyed our girls weekend away at this property, the acerage and gardens are just stunning and serene. Plenty of living space and the outdoor space was perfect! Ready Set Stay were great with their communication, even calling on the day of check-in to ensure we had our instructions and to advise that we could contact them if we had any issues. "This is the second time we have stayed at the house as a family group. The size, location and general amenities of the property are great and we really enjoyed both our stays (3 nights each time). There is one jarring note, occurring both times, which we found unusual, being a dearth of cleaning materials and bathroom commodities. Our first visit, there was not a skerrick of soap in the soft soap containers in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. There was no dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or rubbish bin bags. This time around, there was a small amount of soap (possibly left from the previous occupants), dishwashing detergent was provided along with ONE dishwashing tablet, laid out like an offering next to the kitchen sink. The rubbish bin had a bin bag, but that was the only one we could find. Disappointingly, for the three toilets, there was approximately two thirds of a roll of toilet paper in one, the last remnants of a roll in another and nothing in the third. We have been having family gatherings like this four times a year for over 10 years and have never encountered this sort of penny pinching before...perhaps it is a policy of the company managing the property. My comments are not to dissuade you from booking the property - it would be a wonderful place for your next family holiday and I happily recommend it to you...just be prepared! (If this is a deliberate policy, it might be an idea to mention this on the website, same as the need to bring your own linen)."
