Recently renovated unique home along Schroon River with 250 feet of private riverfront and new saltwater in-ground pool. In the heart of Adirondack Park, this exceptional river edge location is only few minutes away from Lake George Village, Six Flags Great Escape and Saratoga's Racetrack and Casino. Perfect for a multifamily getaway. Great for outdoor entertainment with a very large backyard, pool (open Memorial day to Labor day), 6-person hot tub, large stone fire pit, BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating for large family gathering. Spectacular river and mountain views in a quiet location, but close to local shops. Enjoy a family getaway with 5 bedrooms with flat screen TVs in every room and 3 full + 2 half baths. Spend quality time around the fireplace in the spacious living room with vaulted beam ceiling. The open floor plans makes it easy to host special occasions, anniversaries and family reunions. Completely renovated with a modern kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances, is great for large family dinners. There is no direct access to the river from the property, but there is an access just a short walk down the road to go swimming. Only a couple of minutes’ drive to Echo Lake beach with lifeguard present during the summer months.

The Perfect Getaway for Best Friends
We were a full house, some single people, some couples. One brought their teenaged daughter. One brought their dog. The living arrangements were plenty and all were comfortable. We had a great time. The pool was great, as was the hot tub. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Easy drive to Lake George Village. Even little Warrensburg had sufficient amenities. Charlie was very pleasant and communicative. We definitely plan to book for September 2025!

Perfect for a family stay
We had an amazing time celebrating Memorial Day Weekend at this great house. We were lucky the weather cooperated so we could enjoy the pool with many included rafts, the hot tub, and even the fire pit for smores (Charlie surprised us with smore ingredients!) The house had ample space for our family of 11 including lots of seating outside at all of the different areas. The kids loved the pool table and having so many TVs! We only wished we had come for longer.

Fabulous Family Wedding Accommodations
Plenty of space and well appointed amenities. Game room was a big plus for our kiddos. Also, the heated salt water pool was a beautiful space. What you don’t know until you arrive is the lovely landscaping. Dining Al fresco available in many spots. This place is clean, comfortable and quite delightful.

Well equipped and very comfortable home
What a wonderful house to relax and enjoy a vacation in. Everything was sparkling clean, the pool and yard are simply beautiful and well maintained. We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this is one of our very favorites. We hope to return next summer!

Fantastic!
We've never stayed at a cleaner place! Plenty of room for everyone. Great location. At any time of the day, you can find sunny or shady areas with plenty of outdoor furniture. Close to Lake George and other attractions. I highly recommend this Adirondack Riverside Retreat.

The house was great! Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great and the fire pit was awesome. Plenty of yard space and Charlie was very attentive when needed for bbq gas! The home was comfortable inside with lots of space to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances too. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing Girl's Weekend
The property was amazing! The weather wasn't on our side but there was so much to do between the hot tub, pool table and 1 spacious living rooms noone felt crowded or bored. We had one small hiccup but the property manager was quick to respond and address it. Would highly reccomend

Labor Vacation!
Wonderful property!. Gorgeous and clean. Hot week and the pool was wonderful. Warm, salt water was good for everyone! Tons of room for everyone to have their own space. Loved the pool table! Hot tube was a treat too. Thank you Charlie for all the great suggestions. We will rent again!

Fantastic home away from home!!!
The house was beautiful and just as described! There were 10 adults and 3 children all in one house with enough bedrooms to go around! The children especially enjoyed the game room downstairs. It was clean and convenient to a great many attractions including shopping, beaches, arcades, etc. the Grist Mill restaurant was an amazing find but it is a place you need to make a reservation for.

Perfect vacation house in Lake George!
Rented this house for my family (7 adults and 3 children) for the July 4th week 2018 and had a great time. House was beautiful and had a lot of space. Outside area was the best, in-ground heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, huge decks, so much to do. House was located just a few minutes from downtown areas, Bolton Landing and The Village. Grocery stores and restaurants near by too. Would not have changed a thing and family agreed we would definitely rent again from Charlie.

Sheer Perfection
I am hesitant to review this property for fear that it will make it all the more difficult to book in the future...Charlie and Alex have created a Shangri-La in the midst of the Lake George region!! This property is amazing from the spacious home to the sizeable yard. The pool, hot tub and several deck areas are a vacationers paradise. Cleanliness was over the top!!! My family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children, ages 2, 4, and 6) rented Charlie’s wonderful house that seemed to have everything you could want or need. My husband and I rent a vacation house every year and this one was the most well-stocked ever. It was so great that we didn’t have to bring sheets and towels. We all enjoyed the beautiful yard and landscaping and the amazing heated pool (well secured with locks and fencing). The family also enjoyed the hot tub. We made smores by the fire pit in the evening and enjoyed some meals on the deck. Charlie was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this beautiful house in the future.

Incredible Getaway
Charlie met us within minutes of our arrival. He gave us a tour of the property. It was beyond gorgeous. It is clear a lot of time and effort goes into this property. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds with plenty of space to unpack your belongings. The backyard is an oasis. The pool was clean,water was the perfect temperature, and there was a lot of options for outdoor seating. We did need to reach out to Charlie once for a question. He quickly responded and helped us. It was the perfect vacation home. We have already booked for another week next year!

Best vacation!
Everything about our vacation was perfect! If you have a big family and your looking for a house with plenty of room , this is the place. The host , Charlie was great , he met us at the house , and took us through showed us all the rooms and the beautiful outdoor space. We asked about restaurants and he guided us to some great choices that we enjoyed. Tommy Gunn for pizza and George Henry for dinner. I highly recommend them both. My family and I made so many beautiful memories here we will definitely return! We were 11adults and 4 children from 5 to 6months and of course our family dog , we had enough room for all of us with room to spare. Town was 20 minutes from the house and the grocery store just up the road. There also is a urgent care 5 minutes from the house , which is great if you would need it. We had a blast ! I hope if anyone chooses to stay they enjoy it as much as we all did! 😊

Clean, classy, comfort
Just a short drive into Lake George Village and within minutes to stores and dining, our party of 12 was beyond comfortable in this stunning, super clean, well appointed home. The grounds are well kept and park-like with plenty of outdoor furniture. The house is located in a quiet area, so there was a very reasonable expectation to respect the house, property and neighbors late at night. We were there for the 2016 Americade motorcycle rally and arrived wet and bedraggled after riding through the rain. There were seven bikes and six couples. This group has traveled together over the years and this house was the best of the best we have stayed at. The 8 person hot tub (literally steps away from the house) and in-ground pool were much appreciated throughout our stay, for sure. As were the five bathrooms. The master bath was a huge open concept room with a large Jacuzzi (open concept meaning: no doors separating the sleeping quarters from the toilet, shower & vanity, etc) and also had a good size private deck. The kitchen has two ovens. There was a great big grill on the deck and two patio tables. The laundry room has extra large front load whirlpool appliances. A great addition when traveling on bikes since pack space is limited! The description and photos don't do it justice. It was a fabulous week. The only thing we added was our food! Plenty to do inside and out - easy to maintain. Charlie was there to welcome us upon our arrival and is close by to keep an eye on everything when/if needed. Thanks for everything Charlie!!!

A-MAZING!!!!!!!!! WONDERFUL PROPERTY
This was my first time renting a house from VRBO/Home Away. After much research, I finally decided on planning my family vacation at this Adirondack Retreat in Warrensburg from Charlie/Alex.  I was extremely skeptical how this all “worked”, and honestly didn’t know what to expect.  I even read that the only reviews that get posted on this website are the “highly” rated ones so there may not be a true representation of others experiences .  I can’t vouch for VRBO/HomeAway’s practices and policies, but what I can say is that this home was ACES and all reviews are true!  The property was phenomenal and the house was perfect!  Not to mention the homeowner Charlie was excellent, attentive, and extremely helpful.    I rented this house during Memorial Day weekend for 11 adults, 2 small children, and my fur baby. We expected to use the fire pit every night but turns out it was close to 90 degree when we went and we spent the whole time in the pool instead.  Between the fire pit, pool, hot tub, game area, and tvs in every room (for lazy nights) there was really no reason to ever leave the property. Charlie / Alex have really thought of everything that you will need during your stay, because the house is fully stocked with all essential cookware and other appliances to which we cooked every meal there. I received so much praise for finding this house (especially since there was so much room we never felt like we were “on top” of each other) that everyone asked when I am booking it again!   Absolutely wonderful house – especially for a family vacation.  I would recommend to anyone!  I plan on renting this house or their other house Terrace on the Lake somewhere in the future.  Thank you for creating such a phenomenal experience!

Perfect for large group
Our extended family enjoyed our stay. The house has a great set up. The downstairs game area with living room and kitchen was perfect for the young adults in our group. There was yard space for our Cornhole boards and we enjoyed the hot tub and giant connect four game. The house is on the river, but it is down a steep embankment (which is safely fenced) so it is not accessible. It is a lovely home that can accommodate many travelers comfortably.
