"There are some updates needed in the entire hotel. Main lobby, elevator and rooms. Staff was friendly but barely said hello or paid attention to the guests unless they were asked a question. Sitting around on their phones. Breakfast was ok but was bigger/better in years past when we had stayed. Cleaning service was suppose to “freshen up” every two days and on the third day of no service we asked the cleaning crew in the hallway if they could stop by and change out our towels and garbages that...
