Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Cheats and liars
Very disappointed on arrival after booking and paying online only to be told there was nothing in their system as they had stopped doing business with their online partners (Hotels.com) which I later found out to be untrue. I was made to make another cash payment at the desk to avoid being stranded on the streets, deceitful and dubious.
