"Everything was very nice, aside from the fact that there's no thermostat in the cabin. The temp is controlled by the cabin above. Not a big problem for me, but if you like it warm, and the people above like it cold (or vice versa), you might be a bit uncomfortable at times. Night one, no one was above me and it was much colder than I would have liked that night. Night 2, someone was up there and kicked on the heater and was very very warm all night....Shouldn't be a problem for most people,...

"This little cabin was just what we needed. Quiet, away from it all. The river is beautiful but quite a walk. The fire fit was nice as well as everything in the house. We were very pleased and will be back if in the area. "

"Everything was done very well and appointed and well-stocked. I noticed little bonus things like Ziploc bags in the kitchen. Prepped and set up really great. The little things that maybe need to change are: the refrigerator downstairs does not close. I could see the light on all the time. The door hits the wood to the left. Also, these dang feral cats meowed the entire time and we worried they might jump in the door of the house. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The train car was so much fun!! We stayed with five women as a girls trip for the weekend and it was perfect! The property was beautiful. Even though it rained and was cloudy for our trip we had plenty to do! The lighting was perfect. Loved the hot tub. I mean why are you still reading the review? You should just go on and book! "

"This place was perfect.. My dad’s birthday is Aug 19 and loves fishing, we rented this as a little bday getaway for him. Not going to lie the steps to the lake were a pain but not complaining we had access to lake and the awesome lake toys were a plus especially since we didn’t have to bring our own."

"We gathered to celebrate my son’s 23rd birthday. We didn’t need 2 areas for cooking but having the extra space was nice. 3 refrigerators was a plus. It rained at some point on most days but had plenty of games or just chill and read a book. We used the paddle boards and played corn hole too. Wonderfully quiet place in a neighborhood with large lots."
