This cozy apartment is located in Pruszkow, a city along the western edge of the Warsaw metropolitan area. The atmospheric, high-ceilinged, comfortably furnished apartment is located in a historic, restored building from the 1930s, listed in the register of monuments. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you are guaranteed a peaceful and comfortable stay! The apartment is located on the second floor, directly next to the park, which all windows and balcony overlook. Only 200 meters from the apartment is the park's graduation tower, as well as a playground, city library and music school. In addition, 300 meters from the townhouse is the iconic Merfolk store, where you can rent and play board games, battle games, strategy games, as well as collectible card games. It takes about 7 minutes of walking to reach Potulicki Park, a place with ponds and a wide range of recreation. Within a few hundred meters from the apartment highly rated restaurants: Content Embrace, CAP Burger, Staff Kebab and others. Near the apartment (700 m) there is also a large shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants - Nowa Stacja. The nearest train station Pruszków is only a 5-minute walk away! By train you can reach Warsaw Ursus in 5 minutes, Warsaw West in 17 minutes and Warsaw Downtown in 24 minutes. The location is, in a word, ideal, no matter what you need - quiet relaxation, entertainment, access to stores and restaurants, or just a beautiful apartment - it's all here!
