The hotel is located almost in the centre of Warsaw, about 15 minutes walk to the central railway station and about half an hour walk to the old city. There are lots of restaurants around and many stores are just a few minutes walk away. Our apartment was very clean, everything functioned well. It was warm and cozy. The bed was good, may be just a little smaller that we would like. There was a very strong WIFI in the apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just baaad. Stay away. The stuff is just unbelievably horrible. Unpleasant would be an understatement. The owner yells whenever you ask him a question and his son was openly hitting on the youngest friend making it very uncomfortable. More over: hair in the bathroom drawer, door not closing properly, bad smell no air con and so on. Basically nothing that will let you relax there. Just go to a hotel.

This Country2Country was exactly what I was looking for and what was advertised. There are some key details you need to understand though! Platnium Towers are residential condo/apartment buildings where several short term rental companies operate. They own different appartements and have different offices/staff, which is not the front desk. When you book, make sure you are booking based off the right pictures and dealing with the right staff. I spoke to my staff the day before and they were helpful and had excellent English. If you like, you can contact them direct for booking if you are more comfortable. When I arrived, I found their office easily in tower A (well signed) on the second floor (also well signed). I arrived early but my room was ready so I checked in early. The room was clean and as advertised. Overall the room was in good shape. No worse than many hotels. One thing I did note was the safe was not hooked up but I never got around to letting the staff know. The iron and the microwave were all I used for appliances but it all looked good. The location worked really well for me. A couple km from many museums and the old town, plus my work. There was not daily cleaning because you can take care of yourself, but if you need your apt cleaned you can request it for a small fee.10 euro? Since this is a residential building there were cooking smells and kids in the hall but they were fine! Same as a hotel. No cancellations so call and make sure it is for you.

Super rapport qualité-prix

Nous étions sur Varsovie pour un week-end en amis. On a choisi les Platinum towers pour le style et la localisation. On a pas été déçu. D'autant plus que les hÎtes ont été réactifs et arrangeant. Ils nous ont mis à dispo un appartement dans les étages supérieurs. Pour ce rapport qualité-prix. Ya pas photos! Je le recommande!
