Escape to a beautiful ocean view property that boasts 3 bedrooms & 2 1/2 bathrooms, perfect for a family or a group of friends. This property is located near Conimicut Point Park which offers easy access to the beach. There you’ll be able to find sea glass, seashells, take a stroll, or simply relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The home is fully furnished with comfortable amenities and is surrounded by a peaceful and serene atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your vacation.

We live nearby if we’re needed during your stay and can be reached on our cell phones.

3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, backyard, large front deck and one deck in back. Gas burning fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining table to come soon.

Four parking spaces in the driveway. You can walk and go for runs around the neighborhood. Restaurants and shops will more than likely want to be driven to but you can walk to Conimicut Point Park. Uber and Lyft is available.

Beautiful quiet home
Our contact for the property was very kind and right there when needed. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs which was fine with us but maybe not for everyone. A pond on each side of the house gave us quietness that was great! Beach not far down the street was great too.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Sizable bedrooms with plenty of space for the family to gather. We really appreciated the views of the bay and being so close to a quiet place to sit by the ocean without the crowds.

A Rhode Island Treasure
We spent a delightful week in this sparkling clean home with water views, located in a quiet neighborhood in a charming small town near Providence. Sarah, the property manager, quickly responded to queries before our arrival, and entry into the well-furnished home was very easy. Our vacation was absolutely fabulous. I am a clean freak and the cleanliness of the home was spectacular. Even having to move beds to attach bed rails so little ones wouldn’t fall out I didn’t see a speck of dust. Sarah always answered my questions within minutes and very friendly. We will definitely come back again. I picked this area as it was a quiet neighborhood but not far away from places like Narragansett, the zoo etc. and there is a beach within walking distance. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Sarah!

We had a great week at this property. It is immaculately clean and within a 1/2 mile of a nice state beach where you can hunt for sea glass! Sarah was so responsive to all requests. Definitely recommend to others!

The Property is centrally located between the Boston Area and Block Island two of the attractions we wanted to see! The house was affordable compared to closer stays to the tourist areas. We were very close to the Airport so when we flew in we didn’t have far to go to land!😃. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and our host was very gracious. I would recommend Sarah’s House for any trip near Warwick RI.

The house provided plenty of space for our 3-generation family stay. As described, the house had comfortable bedrooms with great views and well-appointed bathrooms & kitchen.
