Lovely B&B. Sue is a lovely lady -very friendly and helpful. She also does a fantastic Breakfast! Our room was great - roomy and very comfortable bed. Choice of a Bath or a walk in shower in the bathroom, which was also a very good size. Will definitely stay there again, and highly reccomend it.

Gorgeous house, hostess, village
What an absolute delight to stay. Susan was very warm and welcoming, and also produced an excellent breakfast. I'm in the area every 2 weeks and so this will become my go to stay.
The village is lovely, with an excellent pub within walking distance.

Excellent hotel
We arrived later than i booked, we were welcomed and put at ease, taken to our room, which was very clean and later than we were expecting. We had a lovely sleep on a comfortable bed. Breakfast was full English cooked to our requirements. Sue the owner was very helpful. We will definitely be going back.

This is a lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Sue, our hostess, was marvellous and could not do enough to make our stay a pleasure. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast before we left.
We would certainly hope to visit again next time we are coming to this area.

Stayed one night in a twin room and it was excellent. Sue, our host, opened the door before we even got to it to welcome us. The room and facilities were just what we wanted, including a lovely home cooked breakfast with very good quality food. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay again. Great pub nearby called The Antelope and had a lovely walk in the morning.

Heartily recommend!
Warm welcome (with tea and homemade cake!) to this ancient, rambling farmhouse. It's in a tranquil hamlet yet close to a wealth of NT properties and very close to Stratford and Warwick Castle. Best breakfasts ever (homemade marmalade), superb shower, relaxed ambience, bags of local tips from lovely owners. Excellent local pub, too.
