Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!

Enter this beautiful suite through a private entrance. Enjoy the incredible view ,from your own private deck. The deck has a gate to keep your four legged friend safe. There is a pet fee of $30 per week with an additional $25 per extra week. There is a $30 cleaning fee charged when you book with an additional $30 per extra weeks. A welcome home-baked treat awaits your arrival! Your suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. the fridge will have water and fruit. Slip into the comfy robes provided to you to relax on the deck watching boats and wildlife or to make your way down to the private hot tub. Enjoy some relaxing time watching the 54" TV. The TV boosts lots of channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. When you are ready for a hot shower, I provide complimentary samples of a homemade soap, body butter and scrub! There are beaches, entertainment and delicious restaurants , just minutes away. I pride myself on making sure you love your stay andI have been a premier host since 2015. I always keep you updated on all the events and goings on in the "Fun size State"!

The bed is SO comfy. The view from the deck, and even inside the room, is beautiful. Chocolate chip cookies and fresh cut cantaloupe (along with other fruits)were waiting for me when I arrived and I’m not ashamed to say the cookies were gone in literally 10 minutes of my arrival 😳. Loved her homemade soap/lotion/oils as well and will be purchasing for gifts (and myself 🙂).

Great spot for a few nights!
Really easy check in process and directions which was appreciated with us getting in a bit later on day 1! The space was super clean and Cindy went above and beyond to put items in the room to make the stay more comfortable. She even hand makes soaps and sprays which she provides samples of to use (I ended up buy two bars of soap!). Nice location right by the marina and easy drive to a local coffee spot, Rocky Point, and a few restaurants. Not an issue for us but! If you are looking for a completely separate apartment to stay in, this is attached to the main house. Great spot to stay and I highly recommend this listing!

We had a short stay in Warwick Neck at this place. Peaceful, quiet, and way beyond our expectations, based on the descriptive language. Sitting on the deck and looking out over the cove with all the boats on their moorings was just what we needed to totally unwind and relax. The interior is pristine, casual, and very refined - plus there were snacks waiting for us. 5 Stars from us.

Perfectly Beautiful Hideaway
Perfect little gem. The location is so beautiful with a view of the bay and boats. The cozy apartment has all the amenities you will ever need. Our host is always available if any need arises. She provides home-baked goodies and fruit in the fridge. There's a coffee maker in the room with all that you would need in the morning. Plenty of towels provided for the hot tub or beach. There's is a binder that holds so much info about the area so you can plan your day's activities. We loved it and hope to stay there again.

We had a great stay for a week! With much attention to detail our host made us feel welcomed with fresh fruit and homemade cookies. So clean, bright and comfortable, sunsets were a treat. Very quiet and private. Loved it!!!!!

Cindy makes it feel like being home by having everything you would need on hand She had freshly made backed goods and fresh fruit waiting when we arrived. And also offered her own line of soaps and essential oil products which we found very helpful. We highly recommend staying here.
