"The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to DC. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and a parking spot for our rental car! The house was clean and comfortable, and it didn’t feel like a garden unit. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The library of congress was only about 10-15 min walk and a 25-30 min walk to the National Archives. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place for families."

Everywhere we visited that week was easily accessible. i enjoyed being close to downtown but liked the feeling of being in a quiet neighborhood. You can hear owners upstairs but it did not both us. "This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

"Love the apartment! It's spacious, impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We didn't have a car but it's walking distance to restaurants and less than a block from Metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go a lot more quickly than driving. Best of all was the excellent communication from the host. They gave us detailed check-in/check-out instructions and got back to us immediately to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental and We Host!"
