"We enjoyed our stay at this property and would happily return! It was so close to the metro in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to get anywhere we wanted for sightseeing. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy breakfasts and a dinner. The Safeway store is a short walk and there are also a couple restaurants and a great bakery nearby. "

I was surprised to learn we were responsible for taking out the trash (around the corner behind the home). I didn’t care for that. The hot water ran out quickly. There were only 2 of us, so we made it work, but it would have been a real inconvenience if we had more guests. Location was really nice and convenient! The neighbors we encountered were very friendly. "

"My husband, kids & I stayed in this beautiful and charming property for our family trip to DC. It was very comfortable and clean, and my kids said it “feels like home!” The property was exactly as pictured and described. Check in was easy & the location is fantastic! "As above, all aspects were good. When it came time to check out, we were a bit confused about the system. We just did the proper thing of putting used utensils in the washer and trying to clean as much as possible. A short written guidance would have been very helpful."

"The property itself is a lovely neighbourhood with free parking out front on the street. It is a basement unit. The shower had very small ants. The bathroom is contained in a very small area with the toilet up against the sink. The main bed has seen better days and was uncomfortable. The pull out couch was not useable and our friend slept on the couch instead. The internet dropped out a lot for devices including the TV. Loved the neighbourhood and felt very safe with our car parked out front....
