There is a town beach and state beach just around the corner and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. "We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!"

This listing looked perfect and indeed it was. If you look at online pics, they are spot on. Clean, bright and welcoming. It’s centrally located to everything , although a little far for us to walk. Huge parking lot brightly lit. Can’t find or say anything bad about this stay."
