The hotel itself was very nice and very walkable to nearby restaurants; however, I arrived on a Friday night and was told that valet was full. I had to circle a nearby parking garage for nearly 30 minutes to eventually find a parking spot. It was a double parking spot (which required me to leave my keys with an attendant), but before getting that spot, I was initially told that I could not park there because I was "overnight" parking. I was eventually allowed to park there, but had to watch the parking attendants nearly get into a physical brawl to accommodate all of the vehicles needing to be parked. Upon making the trek with my luggage to Canopy, I was highly disappointed when the hotel clerk only said "sorry" regarding their valet service being at capacity and explaining it by saying that we had more guests check in than anticipated. There were no other complementary gesture or offer made. I expect when the hotel website notes that self-parking is unavailable and that valet will be, for it to actually be available. That certainly will make me question whether to stay at this property again because of the hassle with parking.
