"We manage multiple apartments in this building and neighborhood. You will be allotted one of the many apartment at this address. It maybe be possible that the photos are not a exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However the size, area, facilities and amenities of all apartment is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are acceptable to the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the photos 


You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only)


Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival.


Parking is available which is handled by 3rd party contractor.  For more details, pls contact host. 


A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.


Our standard check-in time is after 4PM - no check-in end time.


Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.



During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect and to be considerate to your neighborhood.
