Wonderful in every way - from room organization, to staff friendliness, to incredible location, and ease of access to downtown, Smithsonian’s, Planet Word Museum, and Himalayan restaurant close by. Morning made-to-order breakfast was hectic but well worth it, and evening cocktails were a fabulous plus! Very family-friendly (pool, gym, walk ability to museums, TVs in both rooms of suites, separate dining area (to avoid spillage!) and availability of cookware/flatware (ask for these at the front desk) and in-room refrigerator and microwave). CVS close by for essentials too. We had a very comfortable and all-around splendid time!

Not sure what was going on, but lots of fights during the night, slamming doors and screaming 3 nights in a row. The dishes in the self-service breakfast and happy hour sections were consistently dirty or soiled from the dishwasher. Linens were worn and in need of replacing. Good mattresses, very friendly and helpful staff.

Check in was not on time but not too late. The rooms beds are said to sleep 2 people in each bed however the size does not actually accommodate 2. Therefore I didn’t not sleep more than an hour because it was so uncomfortable. The breakfast was free and there were several options but the quality of the eggs and French toast was poor.

We paid extra for a corner suite, but our suite was not on a corner. When we asked at the front desk, they told us that our suite qualified as a “corner” suite. We feel like we were duped into paying extra for something that we didn’t receive.

Our stay was overall very enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the water pressure in the shower. It was so low that it made the shower experience unpleasant and not up to the standards of other Hilton hotels I've stayed at before.

We had a great time here. Walked to Ford’s theater, the mall, and lots of good restaurants. Staff is friendly and efficient, especially in keeping the breakfast crowd moving through the omelette station and other offerings very quickly and efficiently. All in all, a great base for exploring DC.
