Equipped with a washer, dryer, and fully stocked kitchen, you will feel right at home. There is a large sleeper sofa in the living room and the home is ideal for up to 12 people. Enjoy your morning coffee in our small, fenced and quaint garden, which also has an outdoor BBQ.

This was a great place to gather with friends and have easy access to Northern Virginia, Georgetown and other sites in DC.

Not accurate and a/c didn’t work
A house that sleeps 16? Where? Not enough beds, nor linens (towels and sheets, etc). When our group arrived, a/c wasn’t working. We set the a/c temp down and it did not cool off in 2 hours downstairs and didn’t come on upstairs at all. It was 90 degrees upstairs! And after riding all the way from Alabama, it would not suffice. Also, I think they expect 16 people to travel in no more than 2 cars with the parking situation. Our group did not stay there and had to go find hotel rooms after traveling for 2 days. We went back the next morning to document as VRBO asked and it was still 8 degrees above set point after running all night, and upstairs was still hot. We had to find somewhere else for the dinner after my grandfather’s funeral at Arlington National Cemetery also. Disappointed is not a strong enough word. We tried to get owner to help and he just told us to leave and contact VRBO, which we did. Really hoping for a refund.

It is a very bad vacation house for rent because the house owner is not honest who tries to steal your high deposit with false reason of damages that had already been in the house.
