Although the area was not the best, the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very nice and we only stayed one night, but never felt insecure. It was just the surrounding areas of the hotel.

My wife was flying back from Arkansas, but had numerous cancellations and delays due to the Midwest snowstorm. She arrived at Reagan late at night and already had a delay the next morning. I drove almost 8 hours to pick her up. Of course, we couldn't check in to any hotels until after 3p. I called the Fairfield and they said they would do their best to have a room ready. We were able to check in before 3p and that makes for a great stay!!
