I will never had an experience like this, it was so bad and scary. The receptionist was very nice, polite, and respectful. I could not believe this application let their costumers get trap in something like this. The pictures display are not the reality. Terrible experience!

Very nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. Our stay would’ve been perfect but someone decided to call our room telephone multiple times at night, from 11 till 4 am.

AC was non functional. Evenings were sweaty. Pillow and bedsheets are of low quality, non breathable fabric. Pillows don’t provide much support. Reserved a room for 3 adults -bathroom was only loaded with towels and wash clothes for 2 adults. I should’ve got a different room. Even though it was cheap these are basic amenities any hotel needs.
