We spoke with front desk staff about the air not working whatsoever in our room. It was freezing our entire stay, We explained the air was still very cold in our room and we told they had fixed it. We over heard other guest report the same. Lance the front desk was more or less useless. I came into the hotel after an emotional walk to the Veteran's Memorial, I asked him for a drink at their Market and he looked at with disgust and told me the rooftop bar was open. We won't go back.

Convenient hotel located next to public transit. Hallway was quite loud; could hear housekeeping repeatedly slamming doors in the morning. Room was clean. Had no outdoor view and there was cling film on the window so I could not see outside.

We didnt have hot water ths whole time. Even though i called and spoke to management. The maintenance man came up the second day and said the room we were in has been having issues. So management knew this and the fact that i had a child and still put us in the room
