Was trash I woke up with roaches crawling on me and went to bathroom and was a roach with a egg hanging from its ass… I left the property and got a real room where I felt safe from bugs going home with me…

This room was absolutely disgusting. The blankets had holes and stains, the sheets had hair on them, and the sheets were dirty. The bathroom had hair in the toilet and in the shower.

When we arrived, there were no towels and no pillow cases. The bed was not made and there was a cockroach in the toilet. The deadbolt good not inspire safety as it barely held and actually once locked, we could not get out. Heard sirens all night and only had 7 channels 3 in Spanish. There was also caution tape out in front of our door and we were only given one set of towels. The pillows were stained as well.

The property is poorly maintained which would be forgivable considering the low price point but what is unforgivable is how filthy my room was. Hairs in the sink, in the bath tub and all over the floor. The Floors and all counter surfaces had clearly not been wiped down and had smears and various spills on them. Mold in the tub. I really didn’t want to touch anything which is an unfortunate thing to feel in a room. I informed the front desk about the room not being clean and he wrote something down on a peace of paper - and that was all. Other issues included the seal on the door was non-existent so noise, light and air from the street (and probably bugs) flowed through the entry. No shampoo or conditioner provided. Phone and TV not working properly. People in the parking lot cat-calling me as I exited my room. Noise from the highway. Bad lighting. No coffee or mini fridge. I’m no stranger to budget hotels but this one is the worst I’ve stayed at…. Mainly due to the filthy condition of my room.

The area is not convenient plus the hotel look very un pleasing clerk sent everyone to the Red Carpet around the corner Red Carpet was clean but no microwave in the room you have to go to the front lobby very inconvenient especially if your tired

This property is in real need of an upgrade or be shuttered. The bathrooms were very dirty and unkept and the area outside along the stairway was reeking of some awful. I could barely sleep because people were constantly coming and going all throughout the night.

We weren’t expecting a 5 star experience but the pillows are so small you would need at least 2 per person and there are not enough of them, there was no shampoo or anything in the shower, the bed was so uncomfortable. I’ve had better sleep on a floor. My wife is covered in bug bites the next day and it had to be from here.
