First of all, i tried to cancel due to my mom being in Hospice. You wouldn't budge on allowing me to cancel or work something out. I got there and the kitchen floor was entirely covered with spilled drinks. I then moved the foot stool and there was a debit card on the floor. So, obviously it wasn't cleaned either. When we came down to ask for ice, we let them know about the dirty floor. It wasn't 1 spot. It was covered in spills. A guy came up to clean the floor and he brought a box of kleenex. Obviously, you were telling us we're crying about the place. That was unbelievable. Completely unsatisfied 😕

The room is spacious and close to the city hotspots. The breakfast is barely the minimum quality needed and isn't worth more than five bucks per person daily. The room is fairly clean but the room service is not what you expect from a Marriott hotel. They simply need a reminder every day and still don't do the full cleaning or change the sheets and towels.
