"We stayed on the weekend of Diwali (the beginning of the Hindu fiscal year), so we understood the hotel was short staffed due to the celebration. On our 3rd attempt at a clean room, we got one. The woman working at check in was very kind. Later that evening when we returned, our TV didn't work. Another lady at the front desk came up and called the owner who walked her through fixing it. "It was a small room and had to squeeze between the bed and wall to get in. Almost had to use the foot stool to get in the bed secondary to being so high up and the mattress was extremely firm. The pillows were super soft which did not go with the firm bed, woke up several times in the night to re fluff the pillows and still woke up with a sore neck.
