"I loved staying here. I am a florist and was traveling for a wedding that took place downtown Portland, and this place was so conveniently close. Max 15min drive away. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful so you were close to big city, but had quiet suburbs living as well. Can’t recommend this place enough. The host was also really easy to contact, had no issues whatsoever. Would love to stay again!! "

"Attended a wedding in Troutdale. Family lives here. Loved this place with all the room. Two families total 8 in our party. More than adequate. Everyone had their own room. Worked perfect. We were on the move so didn’t get a chance to utilize the property. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Great game room for the youth. Will look to book again. Thanks "

"I run a small nonprofit and we come together for only one in person board meeting a year. I rented the Magic House because it had enough bedrooms and we could afford it. We were all comfortable in the beds (tho traffic noise was disturbing in rooms that faced Cesar Chavez). Well supplied kitchen. Great bathrooms. A big enough table. Interesting art. It was great to walk together to cafes. A good experience. "

"I wish I could retire here and sit in the chairs in front of the windows to watch the bald eagles, birds and geese all day! Beautiful home with comfortable spaces for our whole family to enjoy my husband's birthday."

"This home is even prettier in person! It also has all the bells and whistles! Warm floors, very clean, so much gathering space, fully stocked, beautiful colors. It was an amazing place for our four families with a variety of kid ages! (The train goes by several times each day, but it really is charming!!!) Take the fam to the cute little town of Stevenson! It’s adorable! "

"We loved everything about our stay except...we wish we could have stayed longer! The room was charming yet uncluttered and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We were hoping to experience the restaurant but we arrived much later than planned, so Jeremy offered to open the restaurant just for us the next morning and made us a delicious bespoke breakfast. These folks were kind and fun, and know the true meaning of hospitality. We would love to say again."

"What a cute and relaxing house! No complaints. It was a perfect location for both relaxing at the house and for being able to walk or drive to plenty of things around. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were comfortable, and we especially appreciated the plants in the living space and the noise machines provided in the bedrooms. Will definitely consider staying here again!"

"When we first arrived for check-in, there was an irate customer pacing and yelling in the lobby. The manager on duty was extremely professional in getting the customer out of the lobby as to not disturb the other guests. He handled the situation with grace swiftness which made me feel better about staying there. After dealing with him they were able to check us in quickly. The room was great and the rest of our stay was fabulous and relaxing. "
