"We are a family of 5 with teens and a tween. We were here in winter when there was about 4 feet of snow. The last night a moose was munching on the trees across the street! When they say stairs are required they mean inside: it’s 3 floors. Two bedrooms and a bath on the first and a master bed and bath on the 3rd (really 2nd is just a landing) while there is a dishwasher and w/d, supplies were not available so if you plain to use, bring your own. It is close to most things you will want to do...

"This was such an amazing house we called it the party house but with the exception of our great niece who's under 2 yrs old the rest of us are over 50. We came for our daughter's wedding and stayed to enjoy AK! 10 of us enjoyed the house it was 4 couples and a couple of kids comfortably sharing a house. Some went down to the dock and got to see otters playing!! The view is breath taking, A once in a lifetime experience in AK!!"

"With a family of six including two kids 5 and under, we appreciate a space where we can spread out. The kitchen had sufficient dishes and cookware for us to prepare a few meals. The garage was too narrow for me to comfortably use with our van, but that wasn't a dealbreaker for us. We had an issue with the door code when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and helped us get settled in straightaway. We would definitely book again."
