"The owners/operators were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with a taxi service when we needed it and allowed us to stay an extra hour past check out to accommodate our plans. "It's nice. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance and the night market across the street. There weren't many people there (it's off season) but there were some VERY loud screaming kids in the "co-working" area making it difficult to work. They could do a better job controlling that, I had to do meetings in my room. The room was quiet. The hallways loud, but with the rain on the metal roofs which is kinda pleasant. Pool area is good."

"I will not recommend this hotel to all. We arrived at about 8pm to check-in. We were horrified when the hotel staff informed us that they did not have our booking and told us that we might got scammed. We booked via hotels.com and had prepaid.
