Be aware if you're tall as the second floor ceilings are rather short, and the light fixture in the primary bedroom is easy to bang your head on in the bed."

Great amenities included a heated pool and jacuzzi, and it's ideally located with easy access to Southampton and Sag Harbor downtown areas. Bob was a wonderful host and easy to reach. "This property was a dream and so was working with Paul! The location is absolutely perfect (so close to downtown and the shops) and a stunning property. The house is gorgeous and Paul was incredibly accommodating with my last minute trip. I could not recommend a place more! "
