"Photos and description are very misleading. We found that the bedding was dirty. They had a portable AC unit with no way to vent it, making it useless. They had two fans for three bedrooms. Worst part was the neighbor’s dogs which barked all night. We departed the rental after two nights and filed a compliant with Novasol which is the actual company. So far, they are fusing to refund any part of our stay. VRBO also won’t assist, as they only list for Novasol and refuse to back third-party rental which is ridiculous. "
