Enjoy Vermont from this newly constructed, beautiful one bedroom apartment overlooking a lush meadow with west-facing panoramic views of Mount Mansfield and Camel's Hump.

At Loomis Meadow, you are centrally located between downtown Stowe & Waterbury. Burlington & the Mad River Valley Ski Areas are an easy 30-min drive.

In this house, we believe black lives matter, love is love, no human is illegal.

This apartment sits above our 2 car garage. It has a private entrance and reserved parking for one car. You must be able to climb stairs. Apartment overlooks beautiful Loomis Meadow and sweeping views of the Green Mountains--from iconic Camel's Hump to Mount Mansfield. The perfect place to relax after a day of recreating or exploring all of our local attractions.

It has a living area with full kitchen (induction electric stove, small refrigerator, fully equipped for cooking, microwave, coffee, everything you need). Mini-split heating units provide air conditioning and heat.

Separate bedroom with queen bed. Bathroom with shower only (no tub), washer & dryer in-unit. Wi-Fi and smart TV with streaming for videos and entertainment. All completely new and sparkling clean.

Private external door to the upstairs unit and private door to the apartment. A personal vehicle is required to get to this location. Public transportation, including ride-share services, are extremely limited in this area.

Host lives in the main house and is available to assist you at any time.

Off the beaten path
This was a wonderful restful place to stay for a few nights while we visited our son in Waterbury. We were close to Stowe, where we skied, close to Montpelier, which we explored one day, and minutes from the village of Waterbury, where we enjoyed several great restaurants with our son, but when we returned to this lovely place, we were away from it all with a beautiful view, comfy bed, and useful kitchen. The washer and dryer came in handy after a muddy hike. It was so easy to find and get in that we never actually met Sandy. Maybe in the future, because I do hope to come here again next time we visit. Don't hesitate to book.

Amazing Vermont getaway!
Everything you could want for a weekend or longer stay: fully equipped kitchen, laundry, comfy bed and amazing views. Stowe was about 20 minutes away. Sandy was easy to contact and it was one of the most positive VRBO experiences we have had.

Loomis Meadows was Lovely!
We had a lovely visit. We arrived and everything was sparkling clean. It was even better than advertised as there were a few extras that we did not expect! Coffee was provided along with oil vinegar some spices water shampoo Etc the unit was organized and not cluttered with just the right amount of everything needed to have a comfortable stay.

Picturesque getaway
First time vrbo experience. Positive from start to finish. Sandy's guest house was immaculate and well appointed. The view out the picture window never disappointed. It is located within minutes of both Stowe and Waterbury. Would recommend it for any couple.

Ski weekend retreat
Great place for a ski weekend getaway at Stowe, under 30 minutes to the resort. Open concept, one bedroom with large en suite bathroom. Queen bed with linens and blankets provided, along with bath towels as well. Loved all the little details: soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, EVOO... Loved the decor too. And of course, the gorgeous view of the meadow - apres ski or morning coffee. Hope to return.

The rental had incredible views, was extremely clean and the attention to details regarding kitchen utensils (French press, filtered water in fridge, small snacks provided by host, etc) were very impressive. The furniture was comfortable and the accents were charming and well co-ordinated. The photos on the sight do not do the rental true justice! A very enjoyable vacation indeed.

Beautiful Vermont Retreat
This is a beautiful property, and Sandy is a host who pays attention to every detail. My girlfriend and I watched the fog roll across the meadow each morning while we sipped our coffee. In the evenings, we marveled at the orange, pink, and purple sky as the sun set behind the mountains. We found everything we might want in the apartment. It’s only 5-15 minutes from attractions such as the Cabot store, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Ben & Jerry’s, Stowe Village, and the Stowe Pinnacle Trail. We prefer a quiet place to recharge in between activities, and Loomis Meadow fit that perfectly.
