"The bedroom situation is interesting. They are all open to another room, aren't private and lack shades so light just pours in. If you have trouble sleeping if it's not dark it's difficult and I used a sleep mask. The bedrooms open to the living room so nobody can stay up watching TV unless that sound doesn't affect you. The rest of the house is well appointed and decorated nicely. It's just the sleep situation which may not bother some."

"Cute, functional and clean 2 bedroom apartment above an auto sales business. A little tricky to locate but once you do, you will find an off street parking space marked for the unit’s use. After you locate the door to the unit you will have 18 steep stairs up to the living space. Street noise can be loud at times but HVAC system was louder than the street noise and neither impeded sleep but ear plugs were provided just in case. "I rented this place to take my teenagers and a couple of their friends on a long weekend away. The house is so nice and the backyard has more than we could have asked for and somehow the weather in October was good enough to have 2 full pool days! "The home and stay was good. My issue is I paid for the reservation and after reservation the host charged more on top of what I already paid for a higher cleaning fee. I was left with the choice of either paying more AFTER reservation or cancel with only 50% refund. That's very misleading and that's why my ratings are the way they are."
