There was only one person working at the front desk the whole night! Shouldn’t there always be a buddy system.The poor woman was so busy but always had a smile on her face!

The property is excellent. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned had no mattress pad on the bed. Not very hygienic. There was also a terrible noise at night that lasted for a couple of hours. I’m not sure what was causing that noise.

Offered breakfast but was always out of something,never had any juice(machine broken),also the doors at ends won’t open with key,had to go through the main lobby,this used to be a nice hotel but is running down fast

The first room the gave us had beds that had already been used. Beds had not been changed! Second room had plastic soda bottles under the TV stand. Floor also had fine sand all over it. Breakfast was very limited. Juice machine was out of order, milk was not available. Forks were not available. Pastries were limited - not available. Realize that this was not just a one day occurrence but both days of our stay and not at the end of the dining hours. Needless to say we will not be back!
