The room was filthy. The bed spread had stains on it. The fridge didn't work. The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the toilet and in the bathtub. It was pretty gross. We was to tired to even make a fuss about it. I probably wont stay there ever again.

We paid wxtra to have a double room and to be in a handicapp room, and one for our pet sog, she is under 8lbs and well behaved. Instead we had to walk the stairs to the 2nd floor and were lectured for having a pet. There computer system was down so the guy wrote down everyone credit card info, which did not even hide anyone's credit card number, so your information could have easily been stolen. There was no apology, just a It us what it is attitude, like it was our fault. I had a fractured leg and nerve damage, my dad is a Veteran with fibromyalia, nerve damage to his hip thru his back and needs a hip surgery, so walking the stairs was a challenge. No help was offered and this guy had a NO CARE ATTITUDE!!!. we drove 15 hours from Twxas and this is what we had to deal with, we just wanted to sleep until we could get to out hotel in West Union, worst stay ever in our lives!!!

Poorly operated owner needs a reality check
Room was not well cleaned. Needed to be vacuumed. Bed sheets had stains. I was put next to room 107 that seems to have a very loud tv/sound system after i requested a quiet room to rest. She had to check rooms a few times and they didnt have all the rooms from the prior night clean at 6pm. Used to work at a hotel and thats some really sloppy management. Wouldnt stay here again.

Great customer service for a great value.
Amanda, the manager, was very helpful and patient with me when I showed up and we realized that I had booked the room for the wrong night. Her kindness and understanding were greatly appreciated after a long day of work and driving. She helped me get it sorted - along with a Hotels.com support agent - and all was well.

Would not recommend this place.
Bed was comfortable.Property was dirty/run down. Overpowered air freshener in room. Missing ceiling tiles, broke tiles in hall. Bugs on bathroom floor. Front desk staff annoyed we rang bell for service then we waited 10 minutes for help. Offered discount due to not getting room reserved, no discounts given. Overall very poor unsanitary conditions.

Besides myself multiple patrons had rooms that were not clean. The hotel is disgusting. We decided to cancel our reservation and stayed at another hotel. I told the staff I wanted refund back, they completely understood and refunded my reservation. I will see if it’s on my credit card statement. Disgusting place, terrible service.

It was suppose to be smoke free. Our room positively stunk. We had a king bed that did not have even standard pillows. They were more like 4 throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Everything in the room was unplugged so no refrigerator as it took forever to cool down. Price was okay but not impressed
