"Excellent location just off the trails. Plenty of space for trailers to load and unload. The entrance (mudroom) makes a great space to store all gear when not in use. Space was clean, cozy and beautifully set in nature. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks for the nice getaway with friends. "

The cottage was well appointed with comfortable furniture and—true to its name—abundant aesthetically pleasing artwork. "The pictures don’t do this place justice. We have rented many cabins on Lost Lake and this has been our favorite. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bunk room was a big hit with our kids. The cabin was well stocked. There wasn’t anything that we felt was missing. There were even plenty of games supplied, which was helpful during one of our stormy nights. Would love to visit again in the future. "

The natural steps leading down to the dock are a little steep and uneven. Some steps are taller / shorter than others. A person should be steady on their feet when using them, because they require a little balance. However the last step down to the dock was loose and there was a partially broken board in the dock itself. Host says she is working on...
