"Before arriving host stated there were alot of flies on property and when arriving we noticed the inside was full of flies but trap was set up. When arriving and looking around it was beautiful inside and outside. Couches could be upgraded as they were pretty uncomfortable. The was building going on next door that did not make us feel as closed in and private as we thought. Overall it was a great experience and we enjoyed our stay if we ever chhose that area again we would go back."

"The cabin was peaceful. We were looking to get away and was great. Just a few observations, I think if you replace the seal on the front that might help with mice problems. There are holes on the front porch need covered for bats. And there were ants. But still a nice place to stay"

"We had a blast. Verizon worked if you're connected to the wifi. But this property sits in the bluffs and is perfect for a get away. Trout stream runs right through the property and the added space for sleeping next to the main cabin was great. The town of Waterville is close and they had good food and cold drinks. We were looking forward to the hot tub but it wasn't quite as warm as we had hoped but it worked properly. The only downfall I would say is the amount of wasps on the property but...

"More space than we thought. Plenty of room for a big crowd. Very nice cabin with lots to do nearby for outdoors. Cabin is a bit beat up and could be in better shape with deep cleaning inside and out. Grass was really long and outside was messy. Overall great place to get away! Would stay here again in the future! "

"The hotel does need an updating on the furniture in the rooms and front lobby. More breakfast tables instead of that big bulky furniture! Friday September 27th morning front desk lady did not manage the breakfast area well, over an hour to go for breakfast and the food was practically empty. The front desk lady was just sitting there in her chair looking at the computer the whole morning. The Saturday September 28th front desk gentleman was great! Very kind and friendly, made sure breakfast was filled, wiped down tables, smiled, said hello... such a nice guy! The furniture in the room was old and the long table was heavy, wobbly and a piece was broken off of it. We had to move the microwave and underneath was gross! I would suggest a semi annual deep clean of the rooms as well as furniture upgrade and carpet."
