PET POLICIES/GUIDELINES
- We accept dogs (max of 1), but do not accept cats.
- Pet fee is a one time fee per pet unless staying greater than 30 days
- To prevent damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, please crate pets when not home.
- Please be sure your dog is on a leash at all times when outdoors and pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay.
- Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in.
- Dogs are allowed for a certain fee and should be communicated prior to us prior to check in. Limit 2 dogs.
- For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the home.
-Please place trash in garbage bags into the black cans in the front of the house which will be picked up weekly. Please do not throw loose trash in the cans.
- During the winter months, please help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be cleared of snow. Please note that refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.

Very poor curb appeal-staircase to second floor is very steep (typical of older homes)-floors slant from room to room-bed is only 6+/- inches off the floor and very firm mattress-no a/c or fireplace as listed in description-couch should be leather since they allow pets as it retains hair & dander which is not good for allergy sufferers

this was a convenient, easy little stay in Waterville, while we visited with friends nearby. Place was neat, clean and comfortable. Going upstairs might be a challenge for people with mobility concerns...we were fine.

Outstanding Alternative in Waterville
With the exception of the recently opened and (sometimes) exceptionally expensive Lockwood, the only hotel options in Waterville are, at best, serviceable. This apartment is a charming, well-located and excellent renovated alternative to mid-scale motels. The property was as-described, impeccably clean and well-furnished. Perhaps best of all, communication from the property manager/owner was flawless. Strong suggestions were acknowledged and accepted, showing a desire to deliver a great guest experience. It is a relatively short (10 minute) walk to "downtown" Waterville, with a handful of bars and restaurants. It is close to Colby, summer camps and I-95. This is a great addition to the Waterville lodging scene.
