Located in central Waterville at the end of a dead end street, this apartment is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It is less than a 5 minute drive to Main Street and Colby College. Less than 10 minutes to Thomas College or Northern Light Inland Hospital. Maine General Hospital in Augusta is a short 23 min drive.

This is the downstairs unit apartment of a two unit apartment building.
- Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in.
- For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the apartment.
- During the winter months, the driveway and entrance will be cleared for you. Please feel free to help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be plowed. Parking on the road during the winter months WILL result in your vehicle being towed. Please park in the driveway.
