"Beautiful hotel and surrounding area. Lobby was gorgeous with a fireplace and comfy chairs and couches for relaxing. The pool and hot tubs are heated and we were able to use in the evening even though the outside temp was 46 degrees. Fire pits near the pool were nice. The room was gorgeous with cathedral ceilings, view of the mountain and balcony. The price of the food and drinks was outrageous though and disappointing. "This is a very neat little inn, with the original downstairs house portion dating back to the 1790s and the inn dating back to the 1890s. At the very bottom level is a lively tavern. "My daughter, dog and I loved our stay at the tiny house. The Barbie theme was adorable and we loved the location on the river not far from Stowe. We took the dog on some great walks along the river and up to the waterfall. Maisy was so helpful and incredibly responsive to our questions. I definitely would need more room for a longer stay but it was perfect for the weekend. "
