Charming house with Incredible Lake View-sleeps 8 max

This charming house has wonderful sweeping views of Seneca Lake! A 10 minute convenient walk along the lake to downtown Watkins Glen restaurants, bars, shops and other destinations.
The house has a sitting room, a living room with You Tube TV, Bose Radio and games, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms after 2024 season) and 2 full baths. You can sleep 7,8 comfortably in this home, 10 MAX. In 2025 we can sleep 5 comfortably and 8 MAX.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a full sized bed in each.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two twin beds (only 2024 season), and another bedroom with a queen size bed AND two twin beds that includes it's own bathroom. We call that the bunk room! This house is great for families or groups looking to enjoy the lake and wineries in the area, explore the Village, the Watkins Glen State Park, the plentiful hiking, beautiful waterfalls or Watkins Glen International Race Track.

Spend the days exploring the beautiful finger lakes and then relax on the outdoor deck with a glass of wine overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake after a busy day!
Ample parking with a driveway that can accommodate 4-5 cars.
We can forward all kinds of info to you via this app upon request and will have a information available to you including suggestions for many of the areas points of interests. (Restaurants, Wineries, Bars, Water activities and short road trips).
We have enjoyed seven seasons as vacation rental owners and look forward to hosting visitors this 2024 season at Green Point Getaway!
Julie and Joe. *PLEASE NOTE* after the 2024 season from December to March we will be renovating. Our 4 bedrooms will go to 3. We will sleep 5 comfortably and 8 max. It’s going to be great! Stay tuned!

Charming house for lake front getaway
This house was so charming, with beautiful views of the lake in the fall, and lots of beds for a group trip. Perfect location for being close to town, local hiking, and all of the wineries. Julie was a super helpful host with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a great time!

Another Amazing Stay
I have stayed at Julie's place several times and each time it is perfect! I highly recommend this house. It is a great location to explore Watkins Glen and the surrounding wineries. Julie's hospitality is wonderful, the beds are comfortable and she has thought of all the little details to make your time at the house enjoyable.

Fabulous option for a stay in Watkins Glen
Our group of 5 had a wonderful 4 night stay. Julie is a fantastic host who is extremely communicative and responsive. The location is quiet, but easily walkable down to the resort and the town. The house is a gem with several terrific indoor and outdoor spaces for lazy mornings or intimate evenings overlooking the South end of the lake. The house is well-equipped with the location of everything you need clearly labeled, and lots of information posted with options for activities / things to see. Highly recommended

Beautiful Property
Julie was extremely helpful and organized when I was planning our girls trip. She gave countless suggestions for activities! When we arrived, everything was labeled and clean. There were lists of suggestions in the home for drivers and activities to do while staying. One of my favorite parts of this house was waking up in the morning to a beautiful lake view. Overall, we had an amazing stay and I would love to visit again! I appreciate all the help and tips from Julie. I definitely recommend this beautiful home and location for a vacation.

Had an amazing week staying at Julie’s property in Watkins Glen. The house is near town and you can even walk there which was an added bonus. Julie was a great host and very responsive. My only minor complaint was there isn’t a ton of sitting room in the living room for our larger group of 7 women and the dining room chairs could use some updating but other than that the home was beautifully decorated and Julie has made an amazing effort to make sure we had all the things we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The perfect place!
This little slice of heaven has so much cool history! It makes it even sweeter that Julie opens her home for others to experience. She knows how to host and make you feel right at home. Everything is clearly labeled to find. It was super clean and we appreciated having shampoo and other toiletries available for our use. The views off the front deck are spectacular! Some of our group rose early to watch the sunrise. We didn’t use the fire pit but it’s so cozy on the deck that we decided to skip going out to eat in the second night and just enjoy. I did reach out to our host while there and she was very prompt and sweet on her responses. This is a fabulous place that we look forward to visiting again!

Would go back every year! Clean, quiet, beautiful views, host was very efficient and incredibly nice. The town is easy to get around and highly recommend going to water falls and renting a pantoon boat. You definitely should consider this if you are looking to relax and unwind

Amenities, Charm and Comfort at the Heart of Seneca Lake
Our hosts provided a well stocked, functional home in a quiet setting on the south shore of Lake Seneca. With four bedrooms, two sitting areas and scenic outdoor space, we had plenty fo room to spread out and relax. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and extensive information on area restaurants, wineries and other attractions is provided on "the information wall". Lisa was in touch throughout our stay. This was a fun and convenient base of operations which we highly recommend.

We stayed here as a group of friends, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without being on top of one another. Julie was incredibly thoughtful with all of the notes around the home, and super responsive to any questions we had! I would for sure book again for a group big or small.

Our stay in this little gem was outstanding! The amenities and communication that Julie offers is second to none. All of the extras in the house were such a nice touch, I've stayed in many VRBOs and this one was icing on the cake. The location was perfect and the views were breathtaking. This was a great location within walking distance from town. The house was very clean and the host provided a lot of information on restaurants, hikes, wineries, distilleries, breweries, transportation, and activities. The house was very clean and super cute! Julie thought of everything to keep her guests comfortable. The home was very thoughtfully. prepared for guests! Verona was very comfortable from our 94 year old to our 21 year old. An amazing feat. We really enjoyed gathering around the fire pit in the evenings
