I’ll never understand why a hotel with so many rooms, obviously no where near full, puts people close to others when they know that noise travels from room to room, especially from rooms above."

"Everything was very good. We had a good, clean room and got a few hours sleep before an early flight. We felt it was a good value all around. The hotel uses the Keck Parking shuttle which was flawless."

"Was a nice enough room. Service was great during check in. Breakfast was good. It’s just a noisy location. My room was right by the stairs and a side door and as this hotel is near the airport, people were coming and going all night and in that room you could everything. Not sure anything could be done about that. Everything else was spot on. "

"The room was clean with a nice king bed and a (too) warm heater that I had to reduce the thermostat setting on when it as 25 degrees F outside. Bathroom was nice and clean with a shower stall with a curtain. Not fancy, but more than adequate at a good price. Had originally paid for parking there because I was gone for a month and didn't want to pay for high priced airport parking They have a 24 hour shuttle. Decided to rent a room as a precaution on my return due to predicted freezing rain....

"It was just ok. The first room they gave us was dirty and the entire floor reeked of someone's cooking. The second room was fine although not the bed type we requested. But was on a different floor that didn't stink. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was staff did fill shampoo dispensers in the shower. Front desk staff were VERY VERY friendly and great coffee in the lobby. Price was fine but wouldn't stay again "

"This is not a honeymoon suite or a summer vacation rental. This is a "stop driving/working and get your head down for a decent night's sleep" kinda place, before getting up and carrying on with your journey/labour somewhat rested. It is priced accordingly. "i was put in a handicap room because of some bird show here in des moines . the lights on the right side of the room didn"t work and the only heater was on the left side of the room so it didnt heat very well. there was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower leaks water all over the floor. staff are friendly tho and at least I was offered breakfast early due to having to go to work but I think that was due to the many people that were there.I stayed here alot this month due to the cold...

"The need was comfortable, the in room hot tub was nice and the room was clean. The toilet was constantly running until my husband fixed it. The hot tub stopper cover was loose and kept coming off. We had to level the refrigerator so it didn't dump everything out. Room obviously needs some maintenance. Otherwise was nice. "
