"Great value for the price. When I woke up at 6:00 I got in the shower and water was cold. I let it run for 10 minutes and it didn’t get any hotter. I called the desk and described my issue and the response was this person repeating “ELO” over and over. 10 minutes later the water got warm enough to take a cold cold shower. The bed sheets and pillow cases were clean as was the room. There was one big wood roach hanging on the wall but he didn’t bother me. "

"We haven’t stayed in a Hampton in for a few years, and I was pleasantly surprised. This propert seemed new, was very nicely appointed. The bathroom was spacious and I appreciate the large mounted bottles of products. The bed was very comfortable, but as is often the case, it’s annoying to have 4 small pillows on a king bed. "First room we had was loaded with roaches.. So I went downstairs and the hotel clerk was so nice she called her boss immediately and issued us another room wish they would’ve gave me a discount for the inconvenience but other than that the hotel is not bad floors could’ve been mopped they were a bit dirty and the WiFi only seemed to work well at night… overall I give the hotel 6/10"

Management always says they will correct this for future but doesn't follow through. Thats my 4th time telling them. Also non-guests still walk through parking. A twenty foot long fence would easily stop that."
