The Space:
Santa Cruz is known for world class waves and was the first placed surfed outside of Hawaii. Manressa and La selva beach have great exposure to pick up both northwest swells in the winter and south swells in the summer. The inside whitewash is great for learning to pop up on a surfboard for the first time. For experienced surfers there are dozens of sandbars up and down the beach. Dodging the crowds means more waves for you and your friends.

Nice, but....
The property was very nice, new, clean, and fun. In a very good location. Only two negatives. First, wireless was down for 2 out of 3 days. That was a major inconvenience. We got inconsistent explanations for why it was down. The last explanation was that it was a comcast outage, but comcast showed no outage and I've never heard of a comcast outage of that length. Seemed obvious that the router just needed to be reset, but owners would not do that. Second, owner walked into the rental unit without knocking during the middle of our stay. Obviously an accident but a pretty fundamental no-no.

Found this as a last minute decision to go to beach for spring break. What a gem! Perfect location… close to everything. Clean, quiet and owner prompt to answer any questions or concerns. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it
