"We enjoyed our stay and found the cottage lovely. It had a large deck and large backyard. There is a steep incline from the deck to get to the waterfront and firepit. The waterfront was not so good for swimming as it was rocky and weedy, however there are plenty of water float toys to make use of. Thanks Kathy"

"Me and my family had a great stay at this cottage. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had a great outdoor area for all 8 of us to enjoy + our dogs. Tons of space. Sandy and George we're so accommodating - always reaching out if we needed anything. They even took us for a boat ride on the lake one afternoon which was so nice of them. It is a beautiful lake and a great quiet spot on the lake too. You can't really walk into the water or swim off the dock as there is tons of seaweed and weeds....

"We enjoyed our stay very much at Alena’s cottage! It is immaculately clean, just unbelievable! The outdoor sauna was well used. The house is very well stocked, the kitchen has everything you may need! It is only a couple of minutes drive to Lafontaine beach, right around the corner. The beach offers a playground for the kids plus portable bathrooms. The beach is lovely! The Tiny Treats European Deli has awesome pierogi, plus many other treats. Well worth a visit. "We had the best time at Chris’ property. The house was tidy, had all the supplies you could need and lots of seating for our group of 8. Chris was quick to respond to any questions and all instructions for the property were clear. The “party cave” was a great place to hang out in at night and the two hot tubs were well maintained and clean. Beautiful view of the water off the back deck. We definitely would recommend this place to anyone and hope to be back."

"Had a wonderful time here and Pat was a fantastic host. The area is beautiful and the walks along the trails were perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen was excellent! Had everything we needed to prep the food we brought with us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. There are tons of games to play and an excellent stereo and massive television as well. The hot tub and sauna were a great bonus too. Would very much recommend a stay here! Thank you so much!"

"We spent 3 relaxing nights at this cozy cottage. It had everything we needed just to disconnect for a few days. Comfortable beds and pillows, a fire pit, Muskoka chairs on the dock, 2 kayaks, pet friendly. Alona is a super host, very easy to reach. The only issue was we were not able to use the washing machine cause it needs a special detergent and we didn't feel like driving to get a bottle just for one load. We’d like to come back this Summer."
